Our packaging is 100% environmentally freindly. Live stock is sent out via Royal mail RMSD which guarantees next day delivery! Dry goods over 1kg are sent out via DPD.
Everything You Need to Know
If any insects die on arrival, please report this to us within 12 hours of receiving the parcel. You will have to attach a full coloured image of the dead insects to qualify for a refund. If any dry stock gets damaged in the post, please do the same method.
All about Information Security
All data inputed at our checkout is stored on our Wix database. We do not sell any of the data from our customers.
We use third party checkout systems such as PayPal and Stripe.
